Immediate Return Upon Delivery

A product may be returned immediately upon delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is completely new, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging and invoice.
• The product does not match the requested specifications or the confirmed order.

Return requests are accepted only when both conditions are met together, and the request must be made at the time of delivery and before the product is used.

Exchange Policy

An exchange request may be made under the following conditions:

• The product does not match the requested specifications.
• The product is unused and in its original condition.

Any exchange is subject to the availability of the replacement product in stock.
